Hi! I'm Cheryl. I've been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. My journey began with step aerobics at the Rec Center at Mizzou. I loved it! I just went to class day after day because of the sheer fun of learning the routines and executing them. I wasn't sporty in high school and was happy that I finally found an exercise that I enjoyed doing.
Soon, I did incorporate other activities into my fitness routine. I ran a few marathons, became a certified BodyStep instructor and then hired my first personal trainer. Then, I saw my career path.
I became an ACE certified Personal Trainer in 2007. My approach is simple. We'll establish your abilities together and work within them. I will challenge you to be better, work harder and sweat more, but not to the detriment of your safety. During each session, you will be challenged, and between each session, I'll be in contact with you. I know people find success when they are held accountable to their goals, and I'll be your accountability partner texting you about your food and your workouts when we are not together.
I'll help you reach your goals with a realistic approach. There is no perfect body or ideal body type. Let's work together to help you become the strongest, healthiest, most balanced version of yourself.
