All I want to do is eat this crazy yummy Apple and Poppyseed Coleslaw by @paleoleap. I added cucumber and spinach to mine and I left out the purple cabbage because I didn't have any. Guys! It's so good! #yum #yum #yum
I love a heaping pile of sautéed cabbage in the morning. It's such an easy and delicious way to get in some vegetables first thing. When meal time comes, I slice it right into a pan with ghee and it cooks up fast. I also slice a little into the floor for this brown dog I know. ❤️🐶
That's a giant pile of meat, people. Pulled pork round two!🥊Lucky for me that I have a guy that'll stay up until 1am to put a pork shoulder in the crock pot so I can have lunch 10 hours later. 😋
Pesto on my breakfast potatoes makes me so happy! I use @dianesanfilippo's super easy pesto recipe, omit the cheese, sub walnuts for pine nuts and use basil from my garden (of course!). 😋#FueledByFarmers
30 miles, lots of road debris, walking our bikes around downed trees, a flat tire🙋🏻, a fall, a tree limb that couldn't be moved 🤦🏻♀️, and smiles and laughter and friendship.
Happy Friday! Give this workout a try: First, run 3 miles with @fiterature. Then, head to the squat rack at @citygymkc and use the 45lb bar for the following...50-40-30-20-10 squats and jump lunges. That's 50 squats with the bar, 50 jump lunges (no weight). 40 squats with the bar, 40 jump lunges (no weight)...etc. During breaks be sure to bend over dramatically to catch your breath, check your phone, talk to members and take pictures for social media. 💪🏼
