Tonight's dinner was Chicken Tikka Masala from @thedefineddish! It started in the crockpot at 9:30am and was ready 8 hours later. Yum!🤤
This is the second day I've tried bouldering at @rokcclimb and there was much improvement! I climbed pretty regularly about 15 years ago, and just two weeks ago tried out this gym with @lstun. I had more endurance on this visit but the fear factor for me is still there. Going for big grabs and climbing up and over a wall make my heart race. I'm going to keep trying though, facing my fears, getting better. Also, it's fun! Did I say that yet? 😉
